My Friend got the visa for 3 years . He came to Usa , stayed for 6 months. then he returned back to india and joined company b

Now company B wants to Transfer his visa

Is it possible to transfer the visa to employee B.

please suggest me on this

Without dates the question is meaningless. When did he get his H1 visa? When did he enter? When did he leave?
