H1b - Police clearance certificate for canada stamped on passport

Hi,
I have a H1b interview at the end of nov 2005 in chennai.
I have taken a police clearance certificate(PCC) twice for canada for applying for immigration to canada. but i have never applied. I have a seal on passport saying PCC issued for canada.
Does it create any problem in H1b interview?
