I had a fresh H1B from employer A which was filed in Apr 2007 and stamped in Sep 2007.
Unfortunately, I could not travel with this visa as I had to go for higher studies.
In my next company, employer B filed for a H1 transfer in Sep 2013 and I got it stamped in Mar 2014, but since there were no onsite requirements, I could not travel with
this petition too. My visa validity is till Nov'2016.
I have never travelled to the US and never used the 6 year period of stay.
Now, I have changed to a new employer C and I want to know if I can file for a H1B transfer again? Can I file for a fresh petition again?
If I can file for a fresh petition, can I use the same visa for travel?
