Hi,
When i returned to US this January, i was given the i-94 that has exp july-06 same as my visa. But my H1-B has a exp date of nov-06. Now i changed my company in June and my H1-B is having exp date of aug-2008. I am planning to go to india this december. when i come back, i have to show the new H1-B approval and old H1-B visa.. How can i make sure the I-94 they give will have a exp date of aug-2008. If Immig officer still gives me the I-94 with exp Jul-06 as stated in the Visa, can i ask him to change it to what is given in te I-94 attached with the H1-B approval?
