H1B and L1B Together???

Hi,
I am currently working in Company A in india. I am having a Visa interview in January'06 for my L1B Visa. Simultaneously my H1B processing is going on from some other USA based company B and will get approval soon.
Q-1: Will H1B processing affect my L1B visa stamping?
Q-2: After getting L1B, will my H1 processing be still inprogress or may get cancelled?
Q-3: Will my L1B get cancelled if i get H1 INS approval?
Q-4: Will my L1B get cancelled if i get H1 visa stampped?
Q-5: If i travel to US on L1B visa, can i take H1B visa stampping interview in US?
