H1 B visa after Govt Job experience in India
Hi,
1. I would be going for H1B visa Interview next month. I have resigned from the Govt Job. what documents related to govt Job are required for US consulate?
2.I have travelled to US twice in 2005 on L2 visa. But on both occasions consulate took extra 1 month for stamping my L2 visa as I was employed with sensitive govt organisation and they had to do some extra security check and on both occasions they asked if I have intentions to work in US. My answer was No both times. Both times I returned back to India in 3 months
Could there be any issues with my H1B?
3.My Husband is also working on H1B visa currently in US.Could there be any issues with this for my H1B ?
