First Time h1B stamping-Did COS from h4 to h1-Urgent-Please help

Hi,

I came to UD in 2010 on h4.Then I did a COS to h1b in 2012.Got my visa approved in nov 2012 and I got a job in feb 2013.
I am working since then for state government.
I am going to travel to India in nov 2014,and hence have to go for stamping first time in India.

I have client letter and also all the documents.

My question is what are the chances of getting the visa approved.Also,how to answer questions on COSD from h4 to h1.

Any help will be highly appreciated.
