H1 Visa Transfer

Hi,

Currently my Visa has been converted from H4 to H1, effective from october 1st 2014. I was lucky enough this time, as I got selected in the H1 Quota, as I missed last year. But , unfortunately I have to travel to India for other reasons and I could't avoid it.

So, am planning to go to India in a week or two and I have the following questions:

1) Can Visa be transfered from Employer A to Employer B - As, i was planning to go join another company in India?
2) Considering for the fact that I still don't have work experience yet here in US, will there be any problem if Employer B , transfers my H1 Visa?

Please help me out.

Thanks for your response. To answer your question, Yes I did join my employer - but within a week because of health reasons, I was not able to proceed to work for my employer. So now am forced to go to India by next week on a prolonged basis for treatment.
