H1B Approval / Transfer

I recently got my H1B Approval and am waiting for the Papers to be sent by my US Company. I have a Fax copy of the Noitice of approval.

The Company might delay my flying to US (not sure how soon they want me), so want to know if there is a time frame (Validity)within which I should get my Passport Stamped and fly.

Any Possibility of a Trasfer to a new company without the stamping on the passport.

I dont think there is any validity but you might have to face the questions relating to the delay at the immigration.
