Dependent Visa Approved but Not Primary H1B Visa

Hi All

My wife and I have attended the interview on 10th Oct at New Delhi US Embassy for H4(My wife) and H1B(Mine) visa.
My wife has received her passport with H4 Visa stamped in 2 working days but, I have not yet received approval for my H1B visa.

My case is still in "Administrative Processing" from interview date 10th Oct with no change in Last Update Date.

It is very strange to me that my dependent's visa is approved based on my petition but my Visa is still in Admin processing.
Did any one faced this situation?
How long such cases take?

Nowadays it is happening like this,I think you need to wait till AP is completed

Hi harry83. Was your visa approved? I am sailing in the same boat. Dependent's visa approved but mine is in "Administrative Processing". Senior members - Do you see this happening regularly these days?
