Company not disclosing final visa status

Hi
My organisation had applied for my H1b Visa in April 2014.
As per my understanding, the results should have been out by now.

They are saying that they are yet to hear.

Information regarding my application ID etc has NOT been shared with me.

My question:
1. Is there some way I can know my Application ID basis my personal details. (They had applied via the org though)
2. They say they haven't heard a no or a yes. Is that possible? Something would have been conveyed till now

Would be great if someone could answer these.

No possible,But by this time you company should have the receipt number if you had been picked in the lottery
