Staying B1/B2 visa for 4 months, then apply for H1B after it.

I am planning to go to the US on B1/B2 visa and stay there for 4 months to meet clients and attend meetings.

Will it be an issue if I apply for H1B after the visit. Is there more chance that it will get rejected.
