Quickly get university admission and I-20

hi there,

my final h1b status is going to expire and i am looking to get an university admission (ms or phd) and so i-20 to maintain legal status. I completed ms in 2007 and employed since.


I want to know the best options to get admission very quickly. I have PE license. Any other suggestion to maintain legal status also welcome.
