Hello friends,

I need input from you and may be it has been asked so many time. I came on a H1B visa on Feb 27 2011 and got one extension July 2013 till Sept 2015. Please let me know if I can have one more extension and till how long I will get it. I got the stamping done in oct 2010.

Yes it is possible if your employer has work for you and they can show proof of the same. As for duration 6 Years minus time spent in US till Sep 2015. So assuming you entered on Feb 27, 2011 and havent left US till Sept 2015, then in Sept 2015 you would have spent 4.5 Years in US so a possible extension of 1.5 Years beyond Sept 2015. This is only a rough calculation , for exact duration calculate how many days you would have spent in US in H1 status till Sept 2015.
