My I-140 got approved recently and my company has applied for H1-B extension.
My current H1-b is valid until march-2015. I am going to India during first week of december and want to take the visa interview immediately.
My question now is:
1. I can fill my DS-160 form with my current H1 i.e., until March 2015. But when my H1-b extension gets approved based on I-140, I will get H1 for 3 years.
Can I change my DS-160 form for latest approved petition number after my visa interview date booking?
