Hi,
I am working on L1. Before I am came to US, my H1 is filled by another company and the same H1 is approved.
H1 Details
Receipt date:Sep 30, 2004
Notice Date: Jan 29, 2005
Valid from Jan 29, 2005 to Nov 14, 2007
Question:
1. If I want to with above company on H1, Do I need to go back to India for stamping for H1? Please let me know the procedure.
2. if it is valid, Can I transfer my H1 to another company(different from above company) and work with them.
Please clarify above point.
