Firstname mismatch in educatinal certificates and passport

Hi

My name as per my educational certificates in 12th, Graduation and Postgraduation is RAGHUNANDHAN. But as per my 10th standard and Passport it is RAGHUNANDAN and I follow the same every where.
My company is planning to apply for H-1B this year. Will this (Extra 'H' in my name in educational certificates) cause any issue in getting the visa?
