Hi All,
I know this question has been asked lot of times that do i need to change my wife's name on her passport so it reflects on h4 visa. I have a similar questions but little different. I have got my marriage certificate which only states my wife changed surname and not her old surname(does marriage certificate is mandatory to mention the old surname). In my passport also for my spouse name it is also mentioned her new name(surname got changed). While in my wife passport still it is an old name. Now my doubt is
1)when she apply for H4 what is the surname she should enter for her Ds160?(old or new)
2) do we need to show a supporting document for name change.
3) does marriage album required?
