I lost my application number of DS160 which I had already submitted. Not able to recover DS 160 or confirmation.

Is there a way to recover DS 160 based on passport information ?

Does US consulate help to retrieve PAST DS160 based on Passport Number and Name .

If you have '.DAT' format file for your last ds160, then you can upload on their site and get new form number.
