Adding dependent (h4) on my application after paying fee for H1B

Hi there,

I've already paid for my H1B fee but have not yet taken an interview date.
I'd like to add my spouse to my application and take just one appointment date.
I have not paid for her application yet. What is the best way to pay for her application and add her to my application?
