Hi,
Currently (Still) I am working for MNC Company X with L1B Visa and have a approved H1B Visa from Company Y as Consular processing. My H1B is approved from Oct 2014 until End of Dec 2017 without new I-94. I have not joined the Company Y yet. But Now I am getting a Opportunity in Company Z.
Question:
1) Can I join Company Z directly with my H1B processed as Consular processing?
2) Can company Z able to take over my H1B as COS process?
3) Do I have to work for Company Y few months before joining company Z?
Sorry for too many question addressing the same issue. I just want to get the correct answer.
