    I am now under 17month OPTX upto 13th dec 2014. My h1B petition filed by my employer on 1st April 2014 is likely to be declined.
    Am I eligible for cap gap extension. Can a new employer hire me now and apply for H1 on 1st April 2015. urgent please.
