Hi,
I am tranfering my H1b from company A company B. During the transfer, I got RFE from USCIS.
I will be working for a small trucking equipment company. The reason for the RFE is because the size of the company is relatively small and it would not require a full time accountant position. Normally company would hire "contract accountant" as needed.
They also asks whether the person who handles the work currently holds bachelor degree.
Do you know what are the documents needed to prove to USCIS
