Dates Wrong Dates in I-797 ...Please Advice

Hello,
My current I-797 dates and the new approved I-797 dates are not matching it has 3 days of difference current visa date is 2/12/2006 and new visa date on I-797 is 2/16/2006,

Will that be a problem since its the same on my wife's visa as well and she is going for interview in 2nd week of January ... Please Advice

That's no problem. Just go by latest date in approved I-797.
