H1B Transfer
I have been working for company A for last 4 yrs (opt+ H1). My visa expired on 30th sept of this year and my employer filed for an extension on 24th of sept 2014. The visa has not been approved yet. In the meanwhile i got an amazing offer from company B who filed for my H1B premium processing but are requesting me to premium process my company A visa to avoid RFE's. Has anyone faced a similar situation? What are the chances of getting RFEs and any other implications that I might not be aware of?
