hi,
i have been in usa since 3yrs.shifted from f1 to h1.i have my h1 approved since nov.04. im back in india since last 5 months. i plan to go to visa stamping on dec.05.
i want to know if it is ok if i produce photo-copy of my recent pay stubs of 2005 at my visa interview?
and i have not filled tax returns for 2004 and i have the w2(for just 2months of my pay in 2004) with me, can u suggest if it will be of any risk for my visa?
i plan to give a reply that i missed my tax filing extension date and wanted to meet a tax attorney before filling as i had a status change from f1 to h1 in 2004.
