Incorrect travel history on I-94 online site

Hi,

My travel history is being shown incorrectly.I noticed this today and was not there a month ago.Now there is a departure record showing that I have departed on August 31st,2014 at Chicago airport. But I'm still physically available in USA. I am very much worried now. How can I get this corrected ? who do I need to contact
USCIS or CBP for correction? Please guide me

Any reason why would it show Aug 31st 2014? As long as you have valid status and valid visa/I-94 within US and proof of the same it is fine. But if you still want to get it corrected take an infopass appointment at your nearest USCIS office and see if they can correct it.

I need an urgent help regarding a strange issue I am facing because "DELTA Airlines" misconduct. I am in USA on H1B Visa from an year with i94 validity till the end of 2016. I had to travel from Atlanta to San Jose (in California, USA) on personal work during November 2014. So I booked a flight with DELTA Airlines. But by mistake, I booked the ticket to San Jose (in Costa Rica, a different country) from Atlanta. However before my travel date, I identified the mistake and canceled the ticket. However today to my surprise, I have identified that there exists a wrong entry in my I94 travel history that I departed from Atlanta (from USA) on the same date of my canceled flight. This is an additional entry to my original arrival entry to USA an year ago.

I was panicked a lot and I have called DELTA Airlines about their mistake (of not deleting my name from their flight manifest or entries). But the customer care and corporate office od DELTA Airlines is not at all supporting to resolve the issue, saying that it is my responsibility instead.

I read through various forums, but still confused on whom to contact exactly (either CBP - US Customs and Border Protection or USCIS)?

Please help me by sharing any info related to this (Both on whom to reach and with what information/documents to reach them).

What is the status of your case?
I have the same problem. I rescheduled my departure ticket from USA, and in travel history ,it shows the old departure date, on which I did not leave USA.

I have problem. CBP marks you having left the USA at the time when you enter the USA. Ideally, this shall autofix wqhenever data is synced with Canadians.

Does anyone know how often, the border data is synced between USA and Canada? Or we are fighting a uphill task with IRS to prove how many days we were actually present in the USA?

I wouldnt trust my history solely on them keeping their records in sync. Keep proof of travel tickets, general purchase receipts, etc to be able to prove your out of US period.

Hi,

I have same problem in my i94 travel history. I visited both sites USCIS and CBP. USCIS told me to go to CBP. I called them first, they replied "you don't need to worry about any incorrect departure entry". Then I personally visited them at SAN FRANCISCO port of entry office. Again they replied same. Officer told not to worry and we do not rely on this electronic version of i 94. And he also said that in any manner they cannot change incorrect 'departure' entry. They only can change arrival entry by verifying their records. So don't worry about it.
