2 interview call after 221

Dear friends,

I was interviewed on 7 oct (Delhi Consulate)and issued 221 g for administrative processing

Now I have recd a letter from the embassy to reappear for an interview on a specific date and time can u pls tell me

1. As they have not mentioned any specific papers what all i need to be prepared for
2.can anyone please share a client letter format as i didnt carry it last time, and have requested by employer to give it this time
3.Do we need to stand in the same que
4.if anyone has gone for 2 interview , what do ask generally

List of IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS WHICH MAY BE REQUIRED for H1 / H4 Visa at US Consulate-

1. Photos of the company and the client ( client, if applicable).

2. Tax returns of the your company (atleast for last 3 years).

3. Original Letter from the client supervisor (client, if applicable).

4. Contract letter between your company and client (client, if applicable).
Also include 'Third Party' Contract, if applicable.

5. W2 forms of all the co-workers of your company.

6. Bank statements for the past 6 months.

7. W2 forms and Tax returns for all the years of your stay in USA.

8. Pay slips for the current year.

9. Detailed project description (include project manager contact info, team lead info
and all the team members).

10.Letter addressed to the US Consulate from your company explaning how will the company pay you and your co-workers for atleast next 12 months (Assuming company do not have
any projects lined up).
