Split Name in Passport with a Valid H1 Visa
I understand that this question would be very similar to other name changes questions. I am more inclined to write again as I was not able to get a definitive answer during
the search. I have a H1 stamped in my old passport which is valid till Jan 2017. Now when I applied for the Re-issue of passport (after 10 years) in US I have split my Given
name in the passport. So My Given name in old passport is "Samplename" and the Given name in the New passport is "Sample Name".
The H1 Visa has the same name as in old passport "Samplename".
I need to know if it will be a problem when I leave to India and re-enter US (Provided I will be carrying both the passports with me).
