CAN I APPLY H1B from NETHERLANDS

Hi
I am going to Netherlands on a INTRA COMPANY TRANSFER from an MNC. currently my visa is in processing mode and am expecting to travel in January ending.
Once I am in NL with in 2 week I will get Dutch citizenship not permanent of course.

1. So my doubt is CAN I APPLY FOR H1B FROM NETHERLANDS rather than applying petetion from INDIA?

2. Do I need to share Netherlands 6 months payslips or is it fine if I produce 3 months India payslips and rest Netherlands?

3, I thought if I apply from NL I can get H1 as I there ill more chances.

Also help me with END TO END PROCESS IN THIS CASE

Do you already have an approved H1 petition?

You will first have to check with the US consulate at Amsterdam. Generally it is advisable to apply in home country or at a third country if you have been staying there for a considerable time.
