Regarding H1b Stamping location

Hi All,

My name is kiran, I am working for a top most Mnc in Hyderabad. I have my h1b scheduled stamping date next month at New Delhi. I am from Andhra Pradesh. I heard that as per the consulates rules & regulations I need to go only for Chennai but Not in Delhi. Is there will be any problem for me in attending at Delhi.

Any body could you please clarify me?
