administrative processing

I am facing a problem for my H1B stamping in Dubai consulate
Can any one tell me what is mean by "administrative processing as part of our security clearance procedure"(For my H1B stamping). They are doing this procedure for me and they informed me to wait till they complete this process, can any one help me about this procedure and how long they will take to clear this, it is already 2 and half month passed for me. Thank you.

They wanna chekc with few things on ur file. Ur company, ur employment as such. There is no fixed time. You should know the result soon..
