Hello,
I am working for Company A and got a offer from Company B. I have started H1B transfer with Company B. During the H1B transfer I have got a offer from Company C. Now I want to join Company C. How can I make this happen?. I have mentioned my questions below which are concerning me.
Q1. Can I have multiple H1B Transfers at one moment of time?
Q2. If I join company B then start the process for H1B transfer again with Company C, is it a Issue?
Q3. Doing multiple H1B transfers in short amount of time is it a problem?
Q4, Will it cause problem in my green card?
Q5: Is it safe to do multiple H1B Transfers in short amount of time?
Q6: If I accept the offer and send them signed offer letter and do not join will that be fine?
People on this forum please help me, I really need your sincere advice
