I have a valid H1B visa from company B(future employer, a very big MNC, paying ok to me) till Nov'2015 which had applied h1b petition for me in Apr'14 and I got stamping in Sep'14 and never been to USA and as of now 'B' looks very lazy to go ahead (they do not give any reason when ever I follow up with them)
Q: Can I go with my current employer 'A' to apply for L1B visa and go confidently for visa interview (they pay very well at onsite/india)?
If answer to this is Yes, Can the Visa office ask me why you are going with another visa(L1B) through 'A' when you already have a visa(H1B) from 'B' ? Can VO revoke my H1B visa, even if he does not approve my L1B visa.
Q: Suppose L1B gets approved, and B revoke my H1B petition. And after a year or so 'A' (or a new company 'C') wants to file H1B for me, will that be counted under cap-exempt or a whole new process is required (including lottery) ?
Note:
1) I know that L1B rejection rate is almost 80%
2) 'A' rarely files H1B for its employees
