H4 visa transfer along with H1 B visa transfer

I am going to transfer my H1B visa ...to a employer in US ..

My wife and daughter are on H4 visa. Do I need to specifically tell the new employer to transfer the H4 visa along with my H1 transfer ?

Employer is tell me to wait till I move to the new location and then file for H4 transfer so that the new H4 will contain the correct address ..!

Is this feasible..? or the H4 transfer has to happen immediately along with H1 transfer ..?

Please help me with this answer asap ..
