Hi Admin,
I was arrested for public intoxication while was on L1B. I paid the fine, came out and did not appear in the court. So I don't have any paper except the fine payment receipt. Now I am in India and is going for H1B Visa interview in Mumbai consulate.
1. What would be the impact of PI arrest on my H1B Visa interview?
2. Do I need to get any paper from court for PI? From where can I get this.
