What documents do I have to file as employee for H1B?

Hello,

I am in the process of getting approved for a H1B in the US. Does my employer fill out all of the documents? After getting the notice of approval, do I just take it to my consulate for the interview and stamp? I am unsure of whether there is anything additional I have to fill out myself or if all the forms are taken care of by my employer.
