Hi Everyone,
I am Divya, I have been employed by a non-profit organization as a full time employee in August 2013. At the time of my interview, I have mentioned that I need h1b visa in future and the HR informed me that they have no issue in applying for H1b for me. Now, I did a follow up on my H1b application and got to know that the organization I am working for has no policy to do H1b. They are trying to find other options to continue my employment. Please give your valuable advise.
I was thinking if I can get my H1B from consultant and continue working for this organization. Please advise
