Example 1) When company “A” files H1B extension and while the extension is in process, if changing the project, can the company “A” file amendment to transfer to new client
Example 1) When company “A” files H1B extension and while the extension is in process. Meanwhile if new Company “B” offers a job, Can the H1B be transfer to new Company “B”?
