H4 Visa

I am on H1 visa and my wife is on H4 visa. Both are having I-94 validaity till end of Sep 2007. I am going to convert my H1 to different employer. Do I need to convert my wife H4 petition also?

Yes, apply I-539 form for her while doing your H1 transfer.
