H1B visa stamping after transfer

Hi Experts,

I work for a company A and my visa expired on 10th OCT 2014. My company A applied for H1B extension and petition got approved for the next two years. Now, i got an offer from company B(small US product based company) who is ready to do my H1B transfer.

I am planning to visit India in the month of February/March to bring my wife and i have to go for H1B stamping. I prefer to travel to India after my H1B transfer with company B. Will there be any issue in stamping if i travel after my H1B transfer or is it advisable to get my visa stamped with company A and then go for H1B transfer with company B?

Also, my wife currently doesn't have a visa, will it be fine if i apply her H4 dependent visa with company B after my H1B transfer?

As long as you have the right documentation from A or B it does not matter. Is B fine that you dont work for them till Feb/March?
