    Re-entry in US with copy of I797

    hi

    I have a valid H1-b stamp on my passport until FEB 2016 for my previous employer. I changed my job and my H-1b transfer is approved. My attorney lost original I797A in Mail however I do have copy of it.

    Are there any chances that I will be asked for oiginal I797?
