Hello folks,
I have a H1 (6+3 years extension) with an approved I-140. I am planning to get a leave of absence from my company and go work on getting an MBA. After I finish my MBA, will my I-140 still be valid? My understanding is that the I-140 is for a specific job description (Software Dev for example), and since my MBA will lead to a career change, it will no longer be valid. Is this correct? Any other things I should be aware of while doing this?
Thanks,
Teja
