Hi,
I have applied for H1B in April 2008 and got approval. I was suppose to work from October 1 st 2008. But As I did not get the job I did not start And in mar 2009 I changed it to H4. Now I am on H4 visa. Recently I got the job offer. My Employer had applied for h1b visa under cap exemption And I got the receipt number not the approval.
Now I have 2 questions
1. What is the chance of getting approval?
2. Can I start working as I got my receipt number?
