We had our H1 approved with Visa issue date of 28Dec2012 and expiry date was 1 Dec 2014. We didnt join that company traveled (though earlier we have been there with the same company on L1 visa for roughly 3years), for some personal family reasons we had to stay back in India.
I just checked on USCIS that against our receipt number its mentioned that revocation letter has been sent.
Wanted to know if our H1 is still valid and can we use it to apply to some other company now? Please suggest.
