A new approved H1B petition from another employer in India while being in USA
Hi, My H1B petition (Employer A) was approved in 2013 and the opportunity to travel has occurred only recently. Now I'm in US.
Employer B had filed a H1B petition and was approved in 2014.
Now that I'm in US, is it possible to switch to employer B using the new H1B approved in 2014?
Should I go to India for visa interview again, since it was filed there or is it possible to switch over while in USA?
Could anyone please provide your views on this?
