Hi,
My H1B visa expired on july 2014 and currently in my extension period which is going to expire on july 2015. I am planning to go to india by february 15 and planning to stay there for 8 - 9 months . So , is it possible to do extension from India ?
If not, if i want to come back to US , Do i need to apply for new H1B quota ? please advise
