Below is my Situation
1.I am on H1B Visa of Company A and now got an offer from Company B.
2.Company B will start transferring my H1B Visa most probably in Premium processing
Situation 1
If I resign from Company A and before Joining Company B ,Is it possible for me to goback to India and join the Company B after 1 week or so?
For ex my last date in comp A is Jan 30,2014 and I go back to India and Join Comp B on Feb 07,2014. What are the issues related to it? What documents are required to be shown to immigration?
Do I need to go to US embassy in India for the stamp?
Situation 2
My Spouse joins me on H4 Visa while I am still with Company A but also their Visas is getting transferred by company B?
Is there a need to inform immigration while coming to US that their Visa is getting transferred to Comp B?
