I am in process of apply H1B1, when I plan the interview appointment, need to file on-line personal profile.
Then I found the following questions:
PETITIONER
Petitioner's Name:
Start Date:
Receipt Number:
Expiration Date:
The Start Data is only from 1974 to 1994. Can you share your knowledge, how to fill this part?
Who will be the petitioner? The employer (company)? When should be the start Date? (only valid from 1974 to 1994)
