H1 Transfer : Company A -> Company B -> Back to Company A
If someone works for company-A on H1 Visa lets say for 6 months, then transfers H1B to company-B and works for this company B for say 3 months
and finally wants to work again with company A (assuming the H1 VISA from company A is still valid and has NOT yet expired) , will Company-A need to file for the H1 Transfer ?
